Now the brand, most likely, has taken into account the wishes of users, having made a redesign, due to which the new product looks similar to other gadgets for Windows - and this is by no means a bad thing.

Instead of providing an ergonomic keyboard that acts as a stand, the new model is equipped with a special metal stand. In addition, there is a magnetic keyboard cover. Naturally, users can look forward to distinctive rounded edges, a fingerprint reader, and an IR camera, which is essential for Windows Hello authentication.

And this does not make the novelty much more functional when compared with its predecessor, but it, of course, has become more ergonomic. By the way, the thickness of the new tablet PC is 7.62 mm, and the weight is 839 grams.

Of course, some users will say that the brand's direction in this area is non-unique, but there is a possibility that this is just a standard for hybrid tablets. All this is comparable to the fact that in a similar way, phones have become almost identical to each other in just a couple of years.

And ergonomics, for its part, becomes comfortable if the user has to type a lot of text. In general, of course, the ARM chip will become significantly slower when compared to Intel processors, but in terms of charging stability, it still outperforms the competition. It is worth noting that the brand representatives guarantee that the laptop is equipped with a good battery and will work for about 20 hours, so it is enough for 2 full working days.

The following is worth mentioning about the interface: Windows 10 S is a lightweight modification of the usual “ten”. It is allowed to install programs for professionals in various fields, but exclusively from the Microsoft Store. But do not lose sight of the fact that after a while for a light laptop there will be many patches that circumvent this requirement.

Camera and communication

Ultrabook is equipped with two camera modules: the resolution of the main one - 8 MP, and the front one - 5.

Wireless communications, in addition to dual-band Wi-Fi, are guaranteed by an integrated gigabit LTE unit. The gadget functions, as mentioned above, on the Windows 10 system in S mode. The owners of the novelty are given the opportunity to switch to the classic version of Windows, but the manufacturer does not recommend doing this. The fact is that after such a procedure, it will not be possible to switch back to the S-modification.
